We do not accept refunds on wheelbuilds.

All wheelbuild purchases are final. Once a wheel or wheelset has been built, the items are considered used even if the wheelset has not done any miles.

We do not sell individual hubs, rims or spokes. Orders containing single items of hubs and rims will be cancelled and refunded.

If you would like to special orders of single items please contact us via Email, Whatsapp or imessage.

All products are thoroughly checked for quality control (defects and faults) before shipping.
